Faces of Fraud

It is illegal for non-Arizona residents to circulate the ACRI petition, but our investigators are discovering that many of ACRI's circulators are from outside Arizona—career petition gatherers who travel from state to state to go where the money goes. If you have seen any of the following ACRI circulators outside of Arizona, let us know at (602) 579-1370 or stopacri@gmail.com. If we can establish that a circulator actually lives out-of-state, this invalidates all of that person's petitions.

A. This circulator—the man who called black people "colored" in our video—changed his clothing while we waited for him to drive out of a parking structure. It was clear from his California plate that he had a reason to hide.

B. This woman, who worked with the group of circulators in the video "Melee at Mill Avenue," had California plates.

C. This man, who can be seen walking with his friend in the video "This maybe doesn't even cover affirmative action," had California plates.

D. This circulator also had a California license plate.

E. This circulator—the man in our "Going back to CALI?" video—had California plates.

F. This circulator also had a California license plate.

#1. This is the man who pushed and nearly punched a female STOP ACRI volunteer at the very end of the "Melee on Mill Avenue" video, and the banner at the top of this page has a photo of him as he was just about to do this. To get signatures in Arizona, ACRI is using systematic voter fraud: including deceptively-worded ballot language; signature gatherers who lie about the intent and results of the proposed initiative; and teams of well-paid out-of-state petitioners who are dishonestly representing themselves as Arizonans. The Arizona backers of the deceptively-named "Arizona Civil Rights Initiative" and their out-of-state political and financial backers are using tactics that echo the old Jim Crow—to establish the new Jim Crow in Arizona.

ACRI staffperson assaults volunteers

In this shocking VIDEO, an ACRI staffperson abuses and assaults STOP ACRI volunteers. In edited-out segments, she exposes her buttocks and genitals to the camera. She is also paying ACRI circulators with cash illegally. She is clearly mentally ill. This encounter reveals the element of society ACRI relies upon to conduct their fraudulent campaign. Are these the actions of a legitimate "civil rights" operation? (WARNING: Foul and offensive language.)

Defrauded ACRI signer

In this VIDEO, a voter realizes that she was deceived into signing the ACRI. Afterward, two people are obviously circulating the ACRI petition, but these circulators themselves don't seem to know it would end affirmative action and what it would do to Arizona.

"Calling All Hustlers"

This is the business card that one of the petition circulating companies is passing out to recruit "new talent." It's clear from the CARD what kind of "talent" they're looking for.

TV Undercover Investigation Finds Fraud by Identical Campaign in Nebraska

See this UNDERCOVER TV INVESTIGATION by KETV in which a black woman is misled into signing the "Nebraska Civil Rights Initiative." The circulator herself states that she usually does not say the initiative would end "affirmative action." This is how many minority voters are being misled into signing away their own rights wherever Ward Connerly's fraudulent campaign goes. (Video may only work with Internet Explorer.)

Signing ACRI for Chips and Soda

See this VIDEO of a homeless man describing how ACRI
circulators set up shop outside a homeless shelter and gave
out chips and soda to anyone who signed their petitions. They also copied signatures over to other petitions. These are all violations of Arizona election law.

Give Me Your Tired, Your Poor...

See this VIDEO of homeless petition circulators collecting their
paychecks and avoiding the cameras because they knew they
engaged in fraud. Whereas all other circulators in Phoenix have bundles of different petitions to get signatures on, the homeless were given only the ACRI petition to circulate. Heading the operation is ACRI's Director of State
and Local Initiatives JENNIFER GRATZ herself (in the pink shirt).
Gratz was a lead plaintiff in the Grutter and Gratz v. Bollinger cases,
the U.S. Supreme Court affirmative action cases.
(WARNING: Foul and offensive language.)

Standing in Line to Sign and Dine

Listen to this tip STOP ACRI received on its hotline describing people lined up to sign the ACRI petition in exchange for cookies and drinks. In Arizona's 100+ degree weather, who could refuse? (This is a violation of Arizona election law.) Listen to the MP3

Racist for Hire!

Listen to this racist voice message STOP ACRI received from a woman circulating the ACRI petition. The attack on affirmative action is giving an opportunity for racists to crawl out of their holes in Arizona. (WARNING: Foul and offensive language.) Listen to the MP3

Circulator: "This maybe doesn't even cover affirmative action!"

ACRI doesn't cover affirmative action? So claims this one circulator when talking to BAMN. Is this what he says when he talks to potential signers (money)? Or maybe he changes his tune depending on who he's talking to? Watch the VIDEO.

Melee on Mill Avenue

In this VIDEO, at Arizona State University's commercial Mill Avenue, ACRI's tactic of relying on for-hire minority circulators to facilitate their fraud was made very clear. The man with the yellow bandana appeared to be the assigned bodyguard/thug of the group—he threatened our investigators several times, at one time chasing the cameraman and, at the very end, motioning to strike a female. (WARNING: Foul and offensive language.)

Circulator: "It's always been equal!"

Two ACRI circulators run away. (They later give over their ACRI petitions.) Then we meet one guy who argues that, since the Civil Rights Movement, "it has always been equal" and that black people should stop protesting because they "live in f***** America." In the days since, circulators on Mill Ave. have not had the ACRI petition because of this and other interactions. See the VIDEO for yourself.

"The Messenger"

Again we ask—are these the words and actions of a "civil rights" operation? This ACRI circulator asserts that the "The only organization that would help that messenger [of God] was the KKK." He doesn't stop there and goes on to spew other vileness before resorting to—running away. Hard to believe? SEE FOR YOURSELF.

Circulator: "I get colored people signing that petition all the time!"

Did he just say that? This man had a massive number of petitions to circulate at an Arizona Diamondbacks game, and he supported the ACRI petition. He offered to sell us the signatures at $1.50 apiece. Then he lied and said he was not circulating ACRI. At the end, he claimed he was an Arizonan. (After waiting in the parking structure for half an hour, during which he changed his clothing in an attempt to elude our investigators, he drove out in a car marked clearly by a California license plate (not in video).) If he is an out-of-state resident, this would disqualify all of the signatures he has gathered in Arizona. See the VIDEO for yourself.

Going, Going, Back, Back... to CALI??

After we convince a woman to retract her signature, this circulator, an employee of Linjen (a national petition circulating company), gave up pretty quickly. He leaves in a getaway truck that also has a California license plate. Not only does the show the illegality of the ACRI's tactics, but also how shamelessly lucrative it is for the circulators and the petition companies to have people travel to Arizona from all over the country. See the VIDEO.

Protecting voters' rights, or their own paychecks?

Is it youthful idealism which motivates these people to get signatures from fellow citizens? Apparently not—one threatens the cameraman with a baseball bat. Another yells: "I'm trying to get a f***** job!" Do these circulators value their paychecks more than protecting voters from deception and fraud? It seems like they'll think about it later—as they flee Mill Avenue in a getaway car. See the VIDEO. (WARNING: Foul and offensive language.)
