"You and the other named political leaders must condemn this voter fraud. The code of silence must broken. This fraud must be stopped. The ban on affirmative action must be taken off the ballot.
"The Michigan Civil Rights Commission has uncovered systematic fraud targeted against Michigan's black voters. The opponents of affirmative action systematically deceived black voters into signing the petition to ban affirmative action by telling them it was a petition in support of affirmative action.
"Any vote on affirmative action taking place on the basis of this racially-targeted voter fraud would be unacceptable. This is a fundamental issue of the integrity of Michigan elections. This measure obviously cannot go to the ballot on this basis. Were affirmative action overturned and a US Supreme Court decision nullified by a Michigan election so thoroughly tainted by voter fraud, anger and bitterness at official inaction would be widespread. Voter fraud this sweeping and this well documented would not be over looked had any other group of Michigan voters been targeted for deception."
